Nickelpig Introduces Podcast
Last month KillerPOP introduced you to Nickelpig, a sort of kindred spirit website to our own. In the Nickelpig tradition of supporting local unsigned bands, they've just introduced their very own monthly podcast.
The first one hit this month, and features the Fort Myers band Good Question as well as KillerPOP's own Johnnie Angel + the Saturday Saints. Dave, fearless leader of Nickelpig Media, sits down to interview both bands, as well as record live performances from each one. The rest of the show is dominated by music from local talent like Doris Delay, The Courtneys and The Ocean Floor, as well as the Fort Myers band The Monroe Locale.
All in all, it proves a very enjoyable and informative listen. With some luck, this will continue to serve as a charming monthly glimpse into the whimsical world of Orlando and Fort Myers music for the whole world to enjoy.
